The candidate shall be responsible for managing handovers/possessions by coordinating between CRM, Facilities and Projects team and delivering a good customer experience during possessions.
1) Will be part of CRM team and responsible for Coordination between front end Relationship Managers for handover of the flats / plots to customers.
2)Will closely coordinate with Projects and Facility management team / vendors deployed at Site.
3) Ensure the snagging / de-snagging of the apartments / units are done in detail and ensure unit is fully ready for Unit Inspection before calling the customers to the site.
4)Post Unit Inspection, will be coordinating with internal teams and customers directly to ensure the snags identified by customers are closed timely.
5)End to end coordination with customers, once the customer has requested for Unit Inspection to Frontend team till the handover of the unit to customer.
6)Will be responsible to drive Customer Experience, Create WOW experience through interactions and ensure same is translated in the Written Feedback taken from Customers at the time of Handover.
