  • Client servicing over email & IVR, and face to face meeting
  • Collection of customer dues and channel partner interactions
  • Responsible for all customer interactions, resolving customer queries, handling concerns and issues, minimizing escalations and delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Conduct site visit for customers
  • Preparation of MIS ( E-mail transactions, Collections, Customer Concerns- Daily).
